Installation

• Add the extension files into the `ext/danieltj/thirdpartyreplies` directory.
• Log in to the Admin Control Panel and install the extension.
• Inside the ACP, manage the forum based permissions to decide who can reply to topics they didn't start.

Tested on phpBB version: 3.3.12
