Kind of the panic being over, for some reason the images folder ended up in the phpbb folder ![:?]( "Confused")
Also I lost my adm folder![:o]( "Surprised")
Not sure what`s going on but I replaced the missing adm folder and moved the images folder back to root in the Public_Html and all is back to normal.
Oh yea and password changed.
