My current PHPBB forum is from 2014 and is version 3.0.12 and php is 5.6, well out of date, so time to upgrade. My hosts use cPanel.
I seem to have got stuck after only the second "how too". I've read through the Upgrade notes from here and checked the requirements which are ok, opened cPanel to Back Up and have backed up the Data Base but I can only find a "Home Directory" back up and not "Original Files". Is this a language thing, does Original Files mean Home Directory and visa versa, or will I have to go into the File Manager in cPanel and back them all up singly?
