Logging into the admin control panel is secondary login and not possible without already being logged in. If you are using strong password it's pretty much impossible if you are using "Maximum number of login attempts per IP address:" because it's time barred. There is 6,634,204,312,890,625 possible combinations with 8 character password when using upper/lower case, numbers and special characters.
If it's only you with admin access what you can do is create secondary account, set it as founder. This by itself is a good practice because you always have secondary "stealth" account in case main account gets compromised. This account can only be found by SQL or going through every account while logged in as founder.
Founder status gives complete access to ACP even if it's "Newly Registered User". Login with new account and unset founder status for your existing account and remove it from any admin groups. Login in with the new account for admin actions.
