Hi, i saw the ticket tracker extension in the abandoned extensions section, thats a shame it was a popular thread at one time.
I also checked out the software that phpbb uses but that is way too fancy for me.
Can anyone suggest a good ticket system that works well with very small dev team (5 or less) and is affordable. Even open source is doable if its a safe alternative (some of them look very scary under the hood). I also am thinking about maybe just setting up a ticket section in the forum itself under its own category but not sure if that is the way to go or not. I would prefer to keep the ticket system isolated from the phpbb board if possible but i am open to suggestions.
I remember way back in the day in the early 90's i used osTicket, even set up some mods for it, but not sure if anyone uses that around here or not.
