Last updated for 3.3.8 but I have a vague memory of having installed it for someone on a more recent version (3.3.10 or 11).
Unfortunately it's been quite some time since the author's last visible visit and his website is down, so if you want to test it, do it on a personal webserver and if that works, -you can try it on your live site (but make sure you have a full backup first).
